At Calydan Co, every product is carefully handcrafted and packaged with care.
We want you to love your purchase! If there’s ever a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade wax melts, bath & body products, and mystery packs,
we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used,
or tested items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To request assistance, please include:

★ Clear photos of the product and packaging
★ Your order number
★ A description of the issue

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item,
we will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after reviewing your claim.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your
financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was our responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

★ Bath & Body Products
★ Mystery Packs
★ Sale Items

Order Cancelations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Lost Packages

Calydan Co is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed
by the shipping carrier after they have been accepted for delivery.

If your tracking shows a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first.
We will gladly assist you with filing a claim whenever possible.
